Lincorp / Borchert is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).
The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designation was developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers™ Council, in collaboration with AARP, NAHB Research Center and NAHB Seniors Housing Council. The CAPS program was developed to provide professionals with training that would enable them to understand and accommodate the needs of people over the age of 50 who have the want and desire to continue to live in their home as they age.
When considering an Aging-in-Place modification or renovation, a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist is your best guide.
