This project was done at one of your Farmington Hills neighbors for a Kitchen Remodel and Bathroom Remodel project. We begin with simply appreciating the entire kitchen without focusing on any specific details.
We left the soffit in per the homeowner’s request. This could have been taken out or left in, and was completely up to the homeowner. Also shown is the Coretic Iona 18″ x 24″ flooring that is a durable alternative to traditional tile flooring found in many kitchens.
The cabinet color matching shelving installed on the tile backsplash adds a touch of style to the already stylish kitchen.
The contrasting red cabinets offer such a gorgeous appeal.
Decorative light fixtures add a touch of style to the kitchen that make it pop.
The ceiling-height mosaic decorative backsplash tile behind the cooktop along with the stainless steel hood are combined with the two-toned cabinets to make an awesome touch to the area.
Here is a nice, large window area allowing for the homeowner to watch television while washing dishes. Wood shelving is anchored into the tile backsplash.
Here we now show the bathroom remodel portion of the project. You are immediately drawn to the navy blue vanity with contrasting white countertop and large single mirror.
The navy colored cabinets and back shower wall tile bring the two parts of the area seamlessly together. 12″ 24″ tile bathroom floor with gorgeous veining is stunning. Dual stainless steel showerheads on sliding shower bars allow for a complete enjoyable experience.
After a refreshing morning shower our clients are off to start their day.
Our clients are now able to enjoy a bright and cheerful kitchen whose color scheme and style provide a warm and inviting environment for all who enter.

This project was done at one of your Shelby Township neighbors for a Kitchen Remodel project. We begin with simply appreciating the entire room without focusing on any specific details.
The remodeling idea was to create a very bright and welcoming white kitchen with black appliances and teal paint. There are ceiling height cabinets and a stunning mosaic tile backsplash. The Provenza Stonescape Luxury Vinyl Tile have an added touch of class.
The idea continued with a Blanco single bowl undermount sink against the Snowy River quartz countertop from Solid Surfaces Unlimited.
Contrast was the idea behind the beautiful black cooktop with the white cabinets and Olympia Diamond Mosaic Marble tile and Castelli Marble Venatino Carrara Pencil from Beaver Tile.
No idea for this kitchen was too small. Here we show another focal point of the white vent hood above the cooktop to match the transitional cabinetry.
The idea behind these bay windows behind the undermount sink was to provide lots of natural lighting and look gorgeous, for which that was accomplished.
Another great kitchen remodeling idea is to ensure a contrast between the appliances and cabinets. This helps add character to the kitchen.
Your kitchen remodel ideas should be from top to bottom. Here we show built in microwave and oven in the ceiling-height cabinets. A pop of teal coloring on the walls help bring out the homeowner’s personality into the kitchen, which blends perfect with the luxury vinyl flooring.

This project was done at one of your Oakland Township neighbors for Master Bathroom Remodeling. We begin with simply appreciating the entire room without focusing on any specific details.
We went into the shower to look at the remodeled bathroom from a reverse angle. Now we come back out to see the curbless euro glass shower with niche, grab bar, and shower seat. This shower is highlighted by a Mosaic tile shower floor and a 12″ x 24″ Genesis White wall tile.
These views offers a nice look at the floor tile and vanity for the master bath remodel.
The Bertch Cabinetry brand vanity cabinets stand out on their own. They are made in birch wood with a finish in shale. There is a bank of drawers and doors to give our client much needed storage space.

This project was done at one of your Washington Township neighbors for Basement Remodeling. The focus was on converting two bedrooms into this kitchen. It was a dramatic change since our client wanted to put a full kitchen in their basement for entertaining. They already had a walk-out basement with a nice patio so a new kitchen being right inside the basement would make it easier for hosting. Being a leading Kitchen Remodel expert allowed our company to easily take on the challenges. We begin by highlighting the Driftwood colored vinyl flooring planks. The homeowner provided the wooden cabinet and shelves that are on the left side.
Here we see the white upper cabinets from Jim Bishop Cabinets and Snowy River colored quartz countertop from Solid Surfaces Unlimited with a round over profile edge.
The following is before Lincorp/Borchert arrived to remodel the basement. You can appreciate what we first needed to remove in order to create the kitchen that now stands in its place.
It is now easier to appreciate how much functional space was created for the new kitchen during this basement remodeling project.
And here we take one step forward to see the more of the blue cabinets, white backsplash tile in 3″ x 12″ Imola Bubble tile in a brick pattern, and Mosaic Backsplash in 13″ x 13″ Laura Ashley, Whicker Charcoal sheets. The wooden shelves where provided by the homeowner.

This project was done at one of your Shelby Township neighbors for Kitchen Remodeling. We begin by highlighting the willow colored shaker style cabinets from Bridgewood Cabinetry, Snowy River Quartz countertops from Solid Surfaces Unlimited and 3″x12″ Shadebrick white tile backsplash.
Here we see the white Kohler undermount farmhouse sink and a polished chrome faucet with side spray.
Next is the front of the Free Standing Range.
Moving further to the right allow us to see more of the Shaker Style Cabinetry. Notice the hardwood flooring which was the only portion of the remodeling project that was not installed by us. It was already in the kitchen. We did, however, protect the flooring so as to not damage it during the remodel. We take pride with our subcontractors and demolition team to be gentle enough with the help of flooring protection to not damage any existing hardwood flooring.
And here we take one more step back to see the finished Kitchen Remodel including the Built In Refrigerator.
