This home project was done at one of your Sterling Heights neighbors in Warren.  This story shares a beautiful Kitchen Remodeling project.  The colors, brightness, unique style and functionality all are perfect for our client.

Before continuing, please listen to the owner introduce the project details.

Stepping to the side allows you to see the custom built island with a butcher block countertop.

As we step backwards, you get to appreciate the large, plywood constructed, blue colored pantry cabinets from Bishop Cabinets. We can do any custom color for cabinetry.

Some of the fine details of this project includes a decorative 18×18 Star Blue ceramic accent tile backsplash, stainless steel hood and farmhouse sink.

This side of the kitchen has a glass 3×12 Shadebrick Taupe tile backsplash installed in a subway pattern to contrast with the busier backsplash pattern above the cooktop.

The built in oven and refrigerator provide so much functionality and an appealing look.

It is easy to imagine preparing food on the hard maple colored butcher block countertops.

This home project was done at one of your West Bloomfield neighbors.  First we will begin our story with the Kitchen Remodeling project, then we will finish with the Bathroom Remodel, which is equally beautiful too.  The dark, obsidian colored cabinets and granite countertop will be immediate draw to your eyes.

Stepping to the side allows you to see the custom colored purple island cabinets and thick countertop.  We can create any custom color for cabinetry. Other areas to notice are the stainless steel vent hood and hardwood floors.

As we move to the other side, you see a built in fridge, double ovens, and microwave along with the granite countertop and undermount composite sink.  Details also include a garbage disposal air switch, a soap dispenser, faucet, and hot water dispenser.

The subway patterned tile backsplash and mosaic accent tiles offer a lot of style.

Now we introduce you to the Bathroom Remodeling portion of the project.  Like the Kitchen Remodeling project above, it had it is own set of unique traits such as large floor tiles for easier cleaning, granite countertops, lots of drawer space for extensive storage and a steam shower. Note the tile ceiling in the shower, the glass goes to the ceiling, and the louvers (angled shutters at the top of the glass on the right side).  And final is the decorative light fixtures above the vanity.

Next you see angled toilet in the corner and the large floor tile that goes 1/3 of the way up the wall to act as a backsplash.  There is a rain shower head, handheld shower sprayer on a slide bar and Mosaic shower wall accent tile.

This L shaped cream colored vanity speaks for itself in functionality and cosmetic appeal.

This tall linen closet offers plenty of storage space.

And finally we leave you with another Bathroom Remodel of the power room.  Notice the floating vanity with quartz countertop, decorative mirror/light fixtures, and stacked brick wall.

This project was done at one of your West Bloomfield neighbors in Novi. It is a great example of our successful relationships where years ago we first completed a Bathroom Remodeling project, and then we were asked to come back a few years later to complete a Kitchen Remodel.  We will begin our story with the Kitchen Remodeling project, then we will finish with the original Bathroom Remodel, which is beautiful too.  The white shaker style cabinets are an immediate draw to your eyes.

Stepping to the side allows you to see Solid Surfaces Unlimited quartz countertop, the waterfall island top, and the window sill.  The color Reflection with this type of countertop is used on many of our projects. The 3″ x 6″ Marlow Mist tile backsplash in a subway pattern adds another classy look along with the functional stainless steel vent hood.  Looking closely and you will also notice the outlet under the overhang on the island.  We do not mind mentioning that we did not do the flooring on this particular project.

As we move to the other side, you see the double ovens and also the fridge that’s built into the wall, almost flush with cabinets.

Some of the fine details of this project includes a stainless steel farmhouse sink to match the appliances and white subway tile backsplash.

Like we stated earlier, we are most proud where we are able to come back with the same clients over a period of time.  Our first project for your West Bloomfield neighbors in Novi was this Bathroom Remodeling project.  Like the Kitchen Remodeling project above, it had it is own set of unique traits such as 3″ x 6″ Tumbled Stone tile walls, both in the shower and behind tub – subway patterned.  There is a Riverstone mosaic shower floor along with a freestanding bathtub with a stainless steel freestanding waterfall faucet.

Next you see the Euro glass walk in shower with 2 tile niches and shower tower system with rain head.

Two vessel sinks along with a vanity with large mirror tops off the quality of this bathroom upgrade.

This Bathroom Remodeling project was done for one of your Shelby Township neighbors. We begin by highlighting the walk in tile shower with euro glass door.

Stepping back allows you to see the entire shower and Bertch vanity.

The double mirrors and light fixture look very nice above the double sink vanity.

Some of the fine details include Cambria Montgomery color quartz countertop, a Delta faucet, and a white oval undermount sink.

A nice linen cabinet that matches the vanity was installed just off the shower space.

The shower details include a Delta two-in-one shower head and mosaic tile niche.

The homeowners love their new bathroom and now have a nice place to start and end their day.
