Sterling Heights

Kitchen Remodel in Sterling Heights, MI

The City of Sterling Heights is located in the southwest portion of Macomb County and sits roughly 23 miles north of Detroit. Sterling Heights started as a farming community in the early 1800s because of its rich soil and easy fishing in the Clinton River. From there, it went through some name changes and incorporation attempts until it finally became the City of Sterling Heights in 1968.

Sterling Heights is a city with a population of over 129,000 people that frequently ranks as the safest city in Michigan with a population greater than 100,000 people. It’s also Michigan’s fourth largest city.

Troy Style Kitchen Remodel

The city of Troy is the largest city in Oakland County and the 13th largest city in Michigan. Troy is also in the top 50 safest cities in Michigan and was once considered to be one of the safest cities in America. It sits on the eastern edge of Oakland Country just below Rochester Hills.

Troy has a large amount of good colleges. Central Michigan University, Walsh College, ITT Technical Institute, and many others are located in Troy. Its many colleges are one of the reasons that its residents choose Troy as their home.

One of the other reasons that people choose Troy as their home is that a large list of major businesses are located there. People commute from all over southeast Michigan to Troy’s many businesses every day.

Troy is also the home of the Somerset Collection, a luxury shopping mall consisting of more than 180 specialty stores, many of them high-end. Tesla, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Rolex are just a few of the stores that Somerset has to offer. It’s a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

“We hired Lincorp construction to remodel our master bath. We hired them based on the reviews we read and were very pleased with the results. We were given a time table of when each aspect of the job would take place and if it was delayed we knew well in advance of the delay and a new date was given immediately. If any problems or concerns arose, Ron handled each and every one in a timely matter. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the ultimate results. Thank you Lincorp!”

“After hearing dozens of horror stories about the remodeling process, dreaded the thought of re-doing my kitchen. But, as it was over thirty years old and no longer functional, couldn’t put it off any longer. I visited several kitchen remodeling businesses and talked to three Contractors before choosing Lincorp to do the job.
I was more than pleased with every aspect of the project. Ron Jedwab worked with me, making me a part of the project and kept me involved from step one through to completion. He took the time to understand and help me define exactly what I needed and then worked with me to fit those things into my budget. He coordinated the project from beginning to end. Electricians, plumbers, flooring, tile and cabinet installers completed their projects directly according to the projected schedules. The portions of the house that were not involved, were completely protected from all the construction work so that life could continue in a fairly normal manner. The end product was exactly what wanted and I am thrilled.”
Susie, West Bloomfield, MI
