“I expected it to be messier in that part of the house, but they were very careful to keep it all in that one room. I guess you would say it was more neatly done than I expected.”
– Tom & Gloria

“Lincorp Construction completed the project in a timely, professional and expert manner. They were prompt and efficient, leaving little to no lapses between phases of the project. Ron Jedwab was a pleasure to work with- he brought in an excellent kitchen designer and the two of them really listened to my wishes and needs for my kitchen and incorporated them into the design. When minor mishaps occurred, such as a leaky pipe which warped the wood, Ron immediately apologized, fixed the problem and replaced the damaged piece. Any changes to the original plan were discussed and then finalized in writing so there were no surprises.”
– Sara

“I was most satisfied with the quality of the work that they did.”

“I hired Ron to remodel my entire first floor: Living room, Dining room, half bath and seasonal back porch and patio. He is very knowledgeable, patient and resourceful. What I liked the most is that he stayed within my budget without the finished project looking cheap. He educated us on all the options and I never felt pushed or talked into anything. He worked with my idea to turn my living room into a dining room and the back den into an entertainment room and all the details in between. Everything turned out better than I originally imagined. Ron truly has vision and a heart for what he does. He is very connected and hires competent workers to get the job done in a timely manner and they clean up after themselves as well as take precaution to dust diffusion by hanging plastic where appropriate. He is professional about how he handles the contract and pays close attention to detail from start to finish. I never felt confused about anything as Ron explains everything so well every step of the way and he never tried talking us into anything. I’m very pleased with Ron’s work and would recommend him for any contracting job. His experience shows!”
– Shelly

“We were satisfied with the way they handled themselves once they were in the house. And they took care of every little problem.”

“One of the best things about the company was that all of the crews they used were very professional. I was very comfortable with them in my home.”
– Linda & Bruce, Oakland Township, MI

“Borchert Kitchen & Bath completed a renovation of our mud room and laundry room during December 2013. The design process was very collaborative and Bill Borchert and his team came up with several unique ideas to optimize our living space. During construction, the site was maintained in a very clean and orderly manner and subcontractors were supervised at all critical moments. During the heaviest days of construction, even Bill was on-site to personally ensure everything went smoothly. We would recommend Borchert Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking for a complete design-build solution, especially in occupied spaces.”
– John & Kristen, Oakland Township, MI

“Ron was very easy to work with and coordinated the crews effectively. His goal was to make us happy and he did it!”
