This beautiful kitchen remodeling project was done at one of your Oakland Township neighbors creating an eloquent remodeled kitchen to be a perfect combination of good looks and functionality. No details were left untouched.

What you need to look carefully at is the integrated refrigerator with cabinet panel doors on the right side in the middle of the tall cabinets (the one with the 2 pulls side-by-side). You may even miss the refrigerator if we didn’t bring it to your attention.

Or maybe the brown hardwood flooring is what is capturing your attention.

More features include ceiling-height cabinets and gorgeous Quartz countertops from Solid Surfaces Unlimited. The microwave fits perfectly for added functionality while walking throughout the kitchen appliances.

– Dennis & Carol, Auburn Hills, MI

“They were very involved in the process. It wasn’t a matter of selling the remodel & then leaving everything in the hands of subs. They remained involved every step of the way.”

“We hired Lincorp construction to remodel our master bath. We hired them based on the reviews we read and were very pleased with the results. We were given a time table of when each aspect of the job would take place and if it was delayed we knew well in advance of the delay and a new date was given immediately. If any problems or concerns arose, Ron handled each and every one in a timely matter. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the ultimate results. Thank you Lincorp!”
– Chuck & Elaine

“I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the renovations you performed on our home. Your expertise in all areas of the process, reliability, and ability to stick to the timeline that you gave to us was truly unique and extremely professional. We were especially impressed with the various trades that worked at our home. They were all not only efficient and competent, but they were also very polite, respectful, and never left a mess after they left. In addition, Ron, you should be commended for always being available to answer our many e-mails and phone calls and following-up on any loose ends. Thanks for a job well done.”
– Henry

“We had a bathroom rehab done by Lincorp. The job was done on time and within the contract budget. The quality of the workmen was excellent as was the work product. The only hiccup on the project was that the edging on the countertop was not as we expected. Mr. Jedwab stood behind the work and made sure we got the edging we expected. It’s exactly what you want in a contractor.”
– Ron

“We have worked with Ron Jedwab and Lincorp on a number of home renovation projects from 2002 — 2007. During that time, we have been extremely satisfied with both cost and quality, as well as Ron’s integrity. Ron excels at project management and the orchestration of his sub-contractors, ensuring that everything falls into place in a timely manner. Unlike other contractors that we have worked with, Lincorp’s trade’s people arrive at the times when they scheduled to arrive, and if, for any reason, there is a problem, Ron has incredible follow through and a great sense of urgency. He clearly understands a homeowner concerns and frustrations.
Working with Lincorp, we never have to worry about loose ends. In fact, we used Lincorp’s services to help us when we needed a new roof. We could have found a roofing company on our own through friends, but we knew that if a problem arose over time, we could always call Ron, and he would take care of it. Having had a problem in the past with shady workmanship and tradesman disappearing, engaging Lincorp for this purpose gave us the added security of knowing we always had someone to call if a problem occurred after the work was completed.
One of the greatest benefits of working With Lincorp is Ron ‘s temperament. His calm and reasoned demeanor makes him a great problem solver and gives him the ability to switch gears when necessary. He returns calls promptly and is always patient and available. We would highly recommend Ron and his company, Lincorp.”
– Jill, Bloomfield Hills, MI

“I have worked with Lincorp for eight years and have always been satisfied. No one is perfect, and the sign of a good company is the fast resolve of a glitch. Lincorp is excellent at that, and always with a smile.”
